There was nothing Ky loved more than being wrist deep in dough. With her fingers kneading and mixing it, she couldn't help but giggle at the feeling of her fingers sticking together. Even after years of doing the same thing over and over again, it never grew old. The light feel of the flour, the smell of baking bread. It all made her happy to know that she could provide something to the people of Central. It was true that there were other bakers, but she didn't care. She was far too nice to compete.
"It's taking me everything not to eat this all myself." Slapping the dough into a bread pan, she slipped it into the brick oven and cleaned her hands on her stained apron. There was already a barrage of smells coming from the shop, but no one was coming yet. Thankfully, her younger brothers had run in.
"Sissy! Can we have some bread?" One of the twins asked. Kyzer giggled and patted his head.
"No, I'm sorry. You can wait a little bit longer for lunch." She said.
"Ky is no fun, no fun." The other twin whined. Kyzer took no offense to what he said, lifting a hatch on the large counter that revealed the interior of the bakery to the public. She shooed them out.
"Go play, I can't have you eating everything or bothering the customers." She said. The boys whined again and ran off. Kyzer sighed and leaned against the counter, looking around. She hoped she'd have a customer soon, she needed the money...

Reborn walked in hungry deciding he would get a little snack here he was wearing,His blue shorts with his black t-shirt and his black glove with the transmutation sign on it.The chain to his pocket watch dangling and making noises out of his left pocket every step he took.He looked around curious to see what the place looked like he walked up to the counter,"Ummmm im hungry whats the best thing and most expensive thing you have?"

Kyzer blinked at the new customer and stammered, looking around. She held up her index finger to tell him, wordlessly, to wait just a moment while she searched for something. There were glass cake stands that had fancy decorated cakes in them, though some were empty or held cupcakes. Kyzer took a quick second to pull the bread out before taking a piece of 'blackout' chocolate cake.
"Here. This is the most popular thing I sell." She said, handing him the box she had set the piece of cake in. It was fifteen gold pieces, but it was well worth it. "I hope you like it."

Reborn looked at her and the single piece of cake like she was nuts,He laughed a bit "Thank you,Now for the price how much is it?" He looked at her willing to pay the price without a proble and most likely would pay more because he would come back for more.Plus Reborn always liked to pay before he ate just seemed the right thing to do,"Also can i have a napkin please?"

He could always have more if he asked, but then he'd have to pay more. She held her hand out, "15 gold, please." She grabbed for a napkin under the counter and handed it over, smiling shyly. "Are you from around here?"
She didn't like to pry, but it could prove awkward if she continued to stand at the counter while someone was eating. Plus, she liked to talk and make people feel welcomed if they did happen to be new to Central.

He went into his pocket and pulled out the money and handed her the 15 gold pieces and then took the napkin"thanks,And me no im not from around here im a state alchemist so i try nto to live in one place sense i always go from here to there.I have a home to go back to but not i should say that simply everywhere is my home untill i do what i have to do." He smiled at her and opened the box,"oh sorry to bother you ill pay for it,if you want but you wouldnt happen to have a fork would you?" he laughed a bit before taking a deep breath.

When the gold hit her hand, she curled her fingers around it and put he currency into a safe place. Most of the money went towards her parents' medicine, whatever she had left going to ingredients for the shop. Hearing the man say that he was a State Alchemist, Kyzer looked up. "Really...? My brother is a State Alchemist too, but he... I haven't seen him in a really long time."
She went silent for a moment, but then she laughed and waved it away. "Oh well. So, what kind of Alchemy do you specialize in?" She asked curiously.

He looked at her as he changed his mind abotu the fork and finished the cake off and wiped his mouth off with the napkin."Indeedo,Me well lets see here im the States Lightning Alchemist." He backed away with the cake box and set ti on the ground outside and came back in then grabbed her hand and gentle took her outside."Watch i shall show you" He backed away from her and the box and made a tiger claw sign with his right hand as he held it back then it started to light up with the golden yellow static electricity.Then he released a large amount of lightning from the hand and left a good size crater in the ground.He smiled "see lightning"

"Huh, wait.. Um.." Kyzer blinked and watched as he performed Alchemy, her skin tingling a little. She always thought it was cool to watch people perform Alchemy. She clapped and giggled, grinning. "Wow, that's amazing. I can only do a little, but I'm still not even close to what I want."
She sighed and rubbed her head, "Oh, well. How long have you been a State Alchemist?" She asked, going back around the cunter of her shop to hand him the fork she had forgotten.

"Ive bin doing alchemy as long as i can remember my parents taught me alot sense they were state alchemists to." He walked back in and looked at her,"So what kind of alchemy can you do? Show what you can do? please" He asked politely only wondering what she could do.He looked at him as she handed him the fork "Oh no thanks i dont need it but thank you" He laughed a bit.

Placing the fork back, Kyzer shrugged and smiled. She bit her lower lip when asked to do alchemy, growing a little nervous. "Well, I do a lot of water alchemy." Being a baker, she needed water for her dough and whatnot. She took a bowl from a counter and showed it to him, a transmutation circle engraved on the inside of the bowl.
"Here we go..." She placed her hands on the sides of the bowl, the bowl filling with water. She shook her head, looking a little unsatisfied. "That's all I can do."

He looked at it and smiled "Hey better then nothing,Dont put yourself down it just takes time to learn some things." He took the bowl from her gently and and bit the thumb of his left hand.He then slid it about the bowl as blood made a track line.Then let 2 drips of blood go into the water as they swished around in the bowl.He then went outside and came back with dirt and a flower petle and put them in a bowl,Reborn set his right hand in the bowl of ingredients and the room filled with yellow light.When the room cleared there was a bundle of roses,"There now you can either keep those for yourself or you can sell them or just keep them around the bakery."

When the flowers' sprang up, their red petals flaring, Kyzer gasped and smiled. She absolutely loved roses and having them around the bakery, but they were a luxury Ky couldn't afford when she had to support her parents. She took the roses and buried her face in them, closing her eyes. Taking in the sweet smell, she felt her heart skip a little with the rush of memories and feelings she got from them.
"Thank you so much, sir. These are lovely. I'll be sure to take care of these." She said as she took them over to the sink to fill a vase. Setting the roses inside, she smiled. They looked great on the counter, so she put them there for all to passed by to enjoy.

Reborn smiled at her happiness "Please dont call me sir just call me Reborn,Im not that old yet" He laughed a little before taking a small deep breath "So dont you get any time to practice your alchemy? Im sure with a little practice you could do the same thing i just did" Reborn knew everyone was able to become a alchemist it just took time and confidence.Reborn looked at her waiting for an answer with a more of a confused looking face "Or maybe you just need to find the right teacher?"

"It's a little of both, actually. With my parents being sick, I have to work all day. I've never really had a chance to look for a proper teacher either. Brother said he was going to teach me when we were younger, but..." Ky stopped and laughed, rubbing the back of her neck awkwardly, "Never mind. Besides, I bet having someone teach me would be expensive."
She looked down and shrugged, running a finger along the very thin film of dust that had gathered on the counter top. She had drawn a transmutation circle, but she did nothing with it. There was a very weak, but sad, smile on her face once she started speaking again, "I'm a horrible student anyway. All I'm good at is baking things.."
