Greed stopped his slightly determined walk along the widest dirt road he had been able to find for a few moments, his slate eyes glancing at the landscape around him. His upper lip curled a bit in distaste as the only things he could see for what appeared to be several miles were fields, a few scattered houses, and mountains in the distance. No cities, few people, and nothing that really met any sort of entertainment quota. Just where had he managed to get himself this time? He moved a short distance to his right towards a stone wall, pulling himself up onto its surface and hugging his knees to his chest as he continued to scan the area.
After finally realizing that there was little offer of hope that he could see anywhere, he lowered his gaze back to the road, and that was when he noticed that his once white shoes and trousers had a new layer of dust on them from the dirt road. He scowled darkly at the realization before beginning to rather violently attempt to brush the dirt from his clothing, during which he really only managed to stir up a cloud of dirt in the air, and turn his once white gloves the same shade of brown his trousers were. After letting off a series of sneezes from the element of nature he was unaccustomed to, his glare became even darker, though it was no longer aimed at anything specific, but rather this entire situation.
"I hate nature. I hate dirt. And I hate this place, wherever it is," Greed muttered to himself, hugging his legs to his chest and setting his chin on his kneecaps, staring at the countryside through narrowed eyes. "How am I supposed to have any fun here when there is absolutely nothing around?" he continued to speak to himself, already in a foul mood despite that he had been on the road such a short time. He did not like the realization that perhaps this time in his search for some level of satiation, he had managed to get himself rather lost, and was unwilling to admit that fact. All he needed now was someone, or something else to shift the blame onto.

Saga had been a few miles behind Greed, she usually wouldn't leave the comfort of the city, but this was a special business trip, she was going to sell a few items to a person in the area. She usually wouldn't be doing things like this but the man offered up a small fortune, she had strayed from the dirt road a bit, though as she neared a stone wall she noticed a man on top of the wall. She stopped a bit as she was a few dozen feet away from him, her eyes rolling a bit, she started walking on the path ignoring the man. A few minutes later she tripped, her face slamming into the ground.
She pushed herself up onto her feet and cursed out "Damnit!" She was very balanced and fast on the city landscapes, but it seemed the more natural grounds wher death traps for her. Saga coughed a bit as she inhaled a bit of dirt and dust, she wiped the dirt off her face, but instead of cleaning her face it only smeared it into her skin, she sighed and started walking forward more, the money would be worth it she thought to herself, she wondered if she should fly to her destination, after all she had been walking for hours, but then again that would only gather attention. And god forbid the customer see her wings, she shrugged as she slid her hands into her black jean pockets, she was wearing a black shirt with a black cloth jacket, her jeans a bit worn down from frequent use, her socks white, and her shoes pure black, she wore a red hat to keep the sun out from her silver/gray eyes.
She started to pass the man on the stone wall, she felt a bit nervous at the moment, she had been walking for hours on the dirt road, a few segments wher stone, her feet wher killing her, as she wasn't use to all of the walking. Usually she would just take a short walk around the surrounding district and give mail to people, that wasn't that hard, and the pay was decent. She looked at the fields around her, it was beautiful, but she couldn't appreciate it as others could, their wasn't enough people to interest her, she stared at the large fields with a emotionless expression almost as if she wher mocking it.

Greed's attention perked up when he suddenly heard footsteps on the dirt road behind him, coming the direction he had just come from, the direction back towards the city - the direction he was considering heading back towards himself. He glanced slightly over his shoulder, wary of the newcomer and always on edge - his personal safety obviously came first in his priorities, after all - and his slate grey eyes fell on the figure of a girl. His gaze narrowed slightly as he took in her crimson hair unsuccessfully hidden under a hat, and her mostly black clothes, a striking difference to his white attire. He had to admit that she was attractive, and that was always a plus - at least if someone else was going to show up, he would prefer it to be someone like this.
However, something about her presence also set his nerves on end...something about her seemed so familiar, even though Greed was quite certain he had never seen her before. He turned his gaze back ahead of him, knowing that she was bound to walk past him eventually, and willing to be patient and wait for once rather than dirty himself on the road once more, which he was avoiding quite well perched on the rock wall. He heard a rather familiar sound behind him, and then a curse, both of which brought a smirk to his lips - seems that the girl had tripped on the road. Well, at least that was an amusing though to keep his mind occupied for a few moments, and if Greed had ever felt any kind of regret, he may have regretted not seeing the action rather than only hearing it.
As the girl passed into Greed's line of vision once more, he noticed then that she was going to just keep walking and not even acknowledge his presence - how was that possible? His eyes narrowed dangerously as a scowl formed on his lips, angry that he had not gotten the attention from her that he believed he deserved to receive. He then took a deep breath, attempting to keep himself calm for a few moments - which was quite a task for his quick temper - before looking her over once more and noticing this time that she was rather covered in dirt. It made him feel satisfied that he had taken care of that problem for himself for the most part already.
"Take a little stumble?" Greed's voice called out to her teasingly, determined to get attention from her. Was it possible that she had not seen him? That was what he wanted to believe, because he could not understand how she had not acknowledged him at all if she had seen him. "Looks like nature is not incredibly fond of you."

Saga spat out onto the ground turning a eye to Greed, she saw the angered expression on the mans face, her face still expressionless. She had ran into multiple threats along the way to her destination, most of them thugs. She stopped after hearing that the man had said 'Take a little stumble?' The very words boiled her blood, she wasn't one to take any lip from anyone. She was very childish in the fact that most interactions with people made her angry, the man seemed to crave her attention, not a normal thing someone would do, she turned to him staring at him with cold gray eyes, her expression emotionless, as she was not amused with the man. A small white bag was tied to her left leg holding some merchandise she was told to sell to her customer.
She had seen him minutes ago, but wasn't really interesting in meeting him, as she was a loner, she tryed to push out all social networks. The man was handsome Saga thought to herself, though looks could be deceiving, 'Looks like nature is not incredibly fond of you.' Those words didn't surprise her much, as she was use to the city grounds, being able to maneuver quickly from roofs to alleyways, though she was clumsy outside of the city's, it was sort of a curse she thought. She wasn't amused at all at this man, She sighed a bit narrowing her eyes "I'm only unbalanced in nature..." Her voice colder than ice, she was already in a bad mood as she had just got herself covered in dirt.
She turned back to the road and started walking slowly, to see if the man would reply to her, he seemed naive in his own way, she was still angered at the man, though over the years she learned how to not show her emotions, though that would come to a end if the man taunted her further. She brushed back her hair a bit as a bit of dirt was covering some of the ends, the man was peculiar, he seemed a bit different than the other people she met, maybe he was a criminal? No, she had met criminals, this man had a strange aura around his, something dark. Something evil, he seemed to have a short temper which was no real good news to her, it would be nice if he left her along so she could arrive at her destination on time, though that would be a slim chance.

Greed found himself grinning at the girl's retort - she was less than pleased by his comment. Good. That was exactly what he had wanted, and it seemed that she was already in a bad mood, so he didn't even have to work very hard at it. However, his own mood changed very quickly from satisfied to angry as he noticed that the girl was honestly going to just keep going, offering him nothing more than her cold words. That was not something he was willing to just accept and be satisfied with - he wanted something more. He always wanted something more.
Thus, Greed decided that it might be worth his effort to return to the dirt road, despite how dirty he knew it was going to make his white trousers and shoes once again, but he also was unwilling to let the girl out of his sight without even trying. As his feet his the ground once more, a small cloud of dirt came up in the air, causing him to scowl and sneeze once again. That was not exactly the impression he wanted to give, though, so he made a quick recovery, acting like nothing had happened at all before striding towards the girl, closing the distance between them rather quickly. As he came up behind her, he reached out, grabbing her arm only hard enough to be able to turn her around, but not too roughly - he didn't want to scare her away quite yet, after all.
Once Greed had the girl facing him, he looked down at her, holding her eyes with his own and noticing that their grey colour was very close to his own slate eyes - that was quite interesting. He smirked a bit as his gaze crossed her features; she was indeed attractive, he had not mistaken that fact, and that made this effort much more worth his time. "You missed a bit of dirt, you know," he then said, his voice low and smooth as he took it upon himself to brush a bit of the dirt lightly from her face with the hand he was not using to hold onto her arm to keep her in place. There was any number of things he could get from the girl, from money to just a feeling of dominance and everything in between, and Greed was determined to be successful in gaining at least something he did not have before.

As she turned and started walking she heared the mans feet hit the road, then a sneeze, the sound was music to her ears, she was almost dissapointed she had not seen it for herself. She felt the vibrations of the man closeing in on her quickly, she twitched a bit her anger riseing up again, when she felt his grasp on her arm her once calm expression had drasticly changed to a sickened expression, she always avoided any physical contact with people. She was forced to turn around, comeing face to face with the man, as her eyes met his her entire body suddenly felt paralyzed, her eyes became more aggresive, like she was about to attack the man. She clinched her teeth a bit, as she shaked with anger, she almost growled showing her extreme anger towards the man.
She looked down a bit her eyes breaking the connection with his, she changed her stance a bit more to the defensive, she raised the arm the man was holding a bit more. "Who..Do you think you are?..." She said, her voice almost echoed with ferociousness, she felt the man brush some dirt off of her "Don't...Touch me.." She said, her voice still ferocious, she raised her right arm and attempted to slap the man, her hand moveing incredibly fast.

Greed narrowly avoided the girl's hand as it attempted to come into contact with his face, thanking his inhumanly fast reflexes - but also not letting it go past his notice that her own movements were rather quickened. Again, he felt a pang in his gut that there was something strange about this girl, and yet something familiar at the same time, and that feeling only made him more determined to pester her until he was satisfied - which might take a while, considering Greed's seemingly impossibly high satiation level. He found himself wanting to know who she was, because the more he studied her, the more he was certain she was not just another traveller along the road with a pretty face. And she had admitted herself that she was out of her element in the country, so what was he doing here, anyway? Was she like Greed, just looking for a new adventure? Well, she had certainly found one in him, Greed thought to himself, satisfied.
"Tsk, tsk," Greed clucked his tongue at her action, though he did let go of her arm, prepared to reach for it once again in a heartbeat if she tried to run away too soon, though. "No need to act like that, I haven't done anything to hurt you." His tone was somewhat sarcastic, but his eyes glinted mischievously. Let her take that how she wanted - a joke or a threat, because in all actuality, it really was both at the same time. "I might not be so nice if you keep trying to hurt me, though," he then added in the same tone, shaking his head ever-so slightly, again feigning an action of scolding her, similiar to an adult to a child.
"Now, do you really want to know who I am?" Greed then asked her, crossing his arms casually over his chest as he brushed a bit of visible dirt from the sleeve of his jacket, giving it a quick glance of disgust before turning a rather expressionless face back to the girl. "Because somehow I doubt that was a real question," he then continued, studying the anger in her face and in her eyes - finally, a worthy opponent, someone that he could actually have a bit of fun with. Perhaps his trip to the countryside would not be so boring, after all. He was actually quite proud of himself for keeping as calm as he was, but knew that was probably just because she seemed so angry, which amused him to the point of keeping his own anger at bay. However, he could not even promise himself that it would last forever.

She growled to herself jumping back a few feet, it was amazing that he had dodged her slap, not many people could do that, '"I might not be so nice if you keep trying to hurt me, though.' She gripped her fists and yelled out "Shut the hell up!!!" her voice full of anger, she was here on a business trip, and she didn't even think someone like him could hurt her. She growled at him, it seemed he had kept his cool through this, like he was feeding off of her anger, she laughed a bit and reverted back to a emotionless state, she wouldn't let this guy act like shes a child or something, she thought of using her wings to get away from the man, it was worth risking losing the customer. Her anger was begging to be shown, and she could barely keep it from showing.
She smirked and asked "Whats your name?" She asked in a amused tone, she had to hurry up and get to the customer, this couldn't drag out for long, "So why are you out here?" She asked, hoping he would leave her alone, she tryed to smile a bit showing kindness, something she never knew. Actually being kind to the man almost made her sick, her fake cover was not easily spotted, it seemed as if she really meant it, which was exactly what she wanted. She brushed back her crimson hair waiting for an answer, the man was taller than her which made her a bit nervous. She would rather not fight the man though, he seemed like a strong opponent, and she wouldn't like to fight out in these parts, she would rather fight in a dark alleyway where she could easily move.

Greed's grin disappeared from his face as the girl jumped away from him, and then proceeded to scream at him. Really, he didn't think he had done much of anything, but apparently she didn't like to be touched at all. Well, that eliminated a few options of what he could get from her, but Greed was creative. He could think of a lot of other things he could get from the girl to attempt to satisfy his constant desire for more. However, he did not appreciate being screamed at, and he felt a bit of his once-controlled anger seep into his veins, forming his hands into fists, though he kept his arms crossed to avoid looking threatening for the moment. He had to keep control and not let his darker side out so early...it was something he was trying to work on all the time, because so often it made him lose what he wanted rather than gain it. This situation was not appropriate for it - not yet, at least.
What really amused Greed once again was that, after yelling at him to 'shut up,' the girl then asked him a question once again. And she also did not run away - good, that meant she had some level of spirit and this would not be TOO boring. That simple thought satisfied him a little bit, but again he found himself wanting more of that feeling...more, always more. He also did not want to have to put the effort forth to actually chase her down the road, which would require a lot more energy than he was willing to waste - not to mention how filthy it was sure to make his clothing, which he also did not want to have to deal with.
"So you ARE curious," Greed then said smoothly, taking a few casual steps towards the girl, though he did not touch her this time. Rather, he shoved his hands deep in the pockets of his long jacket, though he never broke eye contact with her. "And I could be asking you the same question, since the countryside is obviously not your forte," he thought that was quite a valid point, "Most people just call me....Greed." He raised his eyebrows a bit at his own words, a devious smile forming on his lips. "What about you? I think I get a free question since I answered yours. This world running on equivalent exchange and all that."

She watched as the man put his hands into his jacket pockets, as he took a few steps toward Saga she took a few steps back, keeping a reasonable distance away from him, she didn't want anymore physical contact... 'So you ARE curious?' She growled at him as a dog would a intruder, she shook a bit as she only had a few more hours to get to the customer, 'Most people call me Greed' She listened to him, she gasped a bit, what kind a name was that? She thought to herself, 'What about you? I think I get a free question since I answered yours. This world running on equivalent exchange and all that.' She shook her head and grinned, as she was amused at the question "Equivalent exchange? Thats a lie, a great big lie. The only rule in this world is kill or be killed..." As she didn't know how to answer, she had named herself pleasure for her 'Desires' But the name she had before that was Saga.
She laughed at Greed, she never believed in 'Equivalent Exchange' Everything was taken from her, and she got nothing from it, absolutely nothing, except a cursed body. She sighed a bit "Truth is I have to go...I have to go deliver a package..." She was lieing, she started walking back-wards, making sure he wouldn't follow her, she was a bit interested at the mans name, but she had no time to find out why he was named greed, Saga turned away from the man as she was now a few dozen feet away from him. She sighed a bit, she hoped he wouldn't follow her, "Equivalent Exchange...Ha!" she muttered to herself along her walk.
She looked at her watch, she was already late, she cursed once and looked back to see if he was following her.

For a few long moments, Greed waited and watched as the girl began to walk away from him with some dismissive comment about delivering a package or something else he found himself not really caring that much about - well, unless the package contained something he found interesting. Then perhaps that would spark his interest. However, for the moment he found himself glaring after her retreating steps, his slate eyes narrowed dangerously as his upper lip curled in a snarl. Not only was she abandoning him and leaving him empty handed, something he refused to ever allow happen between himself and another person, but she had made a crack about his 'equivalent exchange' statement like she thought he believed in it. That was far from the reality of things - first of all, Greed never gave anything in return for what he took from others. Secondly, considering how much of a sacrifice every day felt like to him with the knowledge of being a homunculus, he really should be getting a better cut of life if things were equivalent. The simple fact was that they were not.
However, Greed somewhat patiently waited for a few more seconds, a few more steps that came between himself and the girl. When his keen vision picked up that she was about to glance back at him, he seized the opportunity to dart forward a few metres, before propelling himself into a jump that soared over her body and landed less than half a metre in front of her, a smug look on his face. Again, he found himself grateful for his inhuman agility and speed - the girl was not about to get away so easily. However, his landing stirred up more dirt than he had considered, and once again he found his body racked with a series of three violent sneezes in a row before he was able to actually speak to her.
"Going so soon?" Greed's voice was smooth once he recovered, and still he did not reach out to her again, but he was efficiently blocking her progress on the road. "But we just met, and you didn't even tell me your name. That hardly seems fair." His eyes travelled from her face to the white package that she was carrying - that must be what she was delivering. Perhaps he could make it his own; then this entire escapade would not be a total loss to him.

Saga widened her eyes a bit as she saw he had jumped in front of her, was he like her? It seemed so, his reflexes and speed seemed superhuman, she laughed a bit before raising her left eyebrow "My name is Pleasure, now will you leave me the hell alone?" She said in a sarcastic tone, she walked a few feet away from Greed, she was quickly going to use her wings. She would rather use them than have Greed stop her from completing her business, small growths grew on her shoulders, not very noticeable, she was preparing to use her wings. She shook her head a bit "Let me ask you a question...Do you believe in monsters?" She said in a sarcastic tone, as if she was trying to confuse Greed.
She hid the white bag in one of her pockets, it made a few clacking noises, she sighed a bit. The situation didn't look good to her, it seemed this man wouldn't let her pass, the growths on her shoulders became bigger, and wher now more noticeable. "So...How did you get to be so fast?" She wanted to satisfy her curiosity, he seemed....Different, 'Greed' What a fitting name, she checked a few of her pants pockets, she had had a few gold pieces in her pocket for a emergency fund, and this was a emergency to her.
She quickly found a small gold bar, she took out out and grasped to tightly to hide it a bit, she wanted to hear his answer first.

Monsters? Greed just had to smirk at that particular word choice as she began to walk away from him again. He turned to face her, though his feet remained planted where they were for a bit as he then considered the name she had given him. Pleasure - perhaps she was just mocking his own name, given it was more of an attribute than something usually accepted as a title. However, what if she were....like him? The thought was indeed intriguing - he knew exactly what he was, but had never met anyone else like him, though he knew it was unlikely he was the only one in existence. Despite being the forbidden taboo, human transmutation was something that would be preformed as long as the human race remained weak enough to give into their pathetic emotions and attachments. And as long as human transmutation was being done, homunculi would continue to arise again, and again, and again...
It would account for the strange feelings he was receiving from the girl, the feeling of familiarity that Greed never felt around humans. It would also explain her lightning fast reflexes. "Monsters?" he then finally asked, his tone nothing short of mocking, "I guess you could say I believe in something like that." A 'monster' was not the term that he liked to think about himself as, but compared to real humans, he supposed that was what he would appear to be. And this 'Pleasure' really could be the same way. As he watched her, he began to notice something emerging from her back, but he remained silent on the issue. If this became a fight, he was more than ready, and the only thing that she could have that would capture his attention was either something he could take from her, or something she could use as a weapon. This didn't seem to be either.
Pleasure's next question only caused Greed's smirk to turn into a satisfied grin. "I could probably ask you the same question," he then began, his tone back to being rather shallow and flat, emotionless, "But I'd like to say I just have good reflexes. Though I think both of us know its much more than that." Greed knew he was taking a bit of a risk speaking as he was - after all, if Pleasure was not a homunculus, this could become a bit awkward - not that anything really ever felt awkward to him. But the situation would become tense, and that was not something he really wanted. However, something inside of him was telling him that he had nothing to worry about...because he was right. Just as he always should be.
Before he could say anything else, though, he sensed another presence behind him, and glanced over his shoulder to let his gaze fall on another man, dressed casually and noting something down in a book. Greed's slate eyes narrowed dangerously, and his face contorted into a scowl. He could tell that this was nothing but another human, and not one that he had the time to deal with - not when he was on the brink of finding another like himself. Besides, he had not even gotten anything from her yet, and this man would either be competition, a hindrance, or think he was being a hero and start a fight. Greed didn't have the patience to deal with any of that. And besides, what was it he was writing down? What if he had been sent to find Greed or something? But by who? Who else knew about him?
Greed quickly shook his head, settling his thoughts before they got more out of control - this was not a situation yet, and he was not going to let it become one, either. "Hey you!" he called out to the other man, sure to keep his attention on Pleasure as well lest she try to slink away from him before he was satisfied, "What are you doing? Spying?" Greed's accusing and demanding tone showed that he expected nothing short of an answer, and his expression was still a dark one.

Sagas eyes widened, it seemed as if he wher a homonculus, she grinned a bit stopping after walking a few feet ahead, not saying anything, she just smiled a bit, the growths on her back started to grow bigger "I see..." She muttered, her voice emotionless in every way. Though then she heared a Greed 'Hey you!' Saga quickly directed her vision to a young man dressed casual, her growths quickly disappeared. She didn't want too many people know about her identity. She sighed and turned to the young man "Who the hell are you?" She asked, she had no idea why he was spying on herself and Greed, but then again, she didn't really care...Saga shifted her gaze back and forth bwetween Greed and the young man, she let out a sigh and focused her vision on the young man. "Why are you spying on us?" She asked, in a emotionless tone. She hoped the young man didn't see her growths, she shook her head a bit in frustration. Still, getting away from both of those people would be worth risking being caught, she took another few steps backwards trying to make some distance bwetween the two men and herself. ((Ooc: Sorry for making it so short xD My future posts will be a lot longer ))
