Was she really just that stupid? Not even thinking about the fact that she couldn't tell he was more than just some teenage boy but she was still doing her best to bother him it seemed.

He gave her a glare as he looked down at the man on the ground. He didn't want to go anywhere with her or anyone else but at the same time something was telling him he should stick with her in case something like this happened again. Of course that was ridiculous. She was more than able to take care of herself.

He sighed. As illogical as it was he just couldn't shake the feeling and it would haunt him if he didn't a least stay with her for a little while.

"Fine." He sounded a little grumpy but didn't care.

"Alright, then!" she clapped her hands together once, then smiled. She had been picking up some awful good vibes from a little outdoor cafe just a few blocks away. Carefully stepping over the fallen heap of man, she beckoned him over.

She made her way through the busy bustle of people, following her nose to the delicious smelling cafe. Ermine sat herself down at a small, metal table and picked up a menu. She was only picking up the vibes now, and she realized this boy was not what he seemed. Ermine wasn't always the best thinker. "There's something different about you." she half mumbled to herself.

He had no choice at this point but to follow. being in the crowed put him on edge but he would have to deal with it. Why couldn't he just walk away? After all it was obvious she would be fine, but no he was still following her.

At her comment about him being different he snorted. "What was your first clue?" His voice was dripping with sarcasm.
