Name: Russell Tringham

Age: 19
Physical: Six foot two inches, blond hair, and looks like a farm boy. That's Russell Tringham. Ever since he was young Russell has been tall for his age, known to be taller than Edward and he was a year younger than the State Alchemist. Though, now he's only considered about normal height for a male. He has light blond hair that is cut moderately short in the back with long bangs that hand over his right eye. A family characteristic from the father's side is the narrow eyes that are a dull blue color.
Though he looks like a farm boy, his skin is not tanned but a natural cream color. His white button up shirt is usually rolled up to his elbows and his green pants are held up with a pair of brown suspenders.
Personality: Russell is a very diligent person and once his mind is set on a path he won't stray from it. Knowledge is his main objective, and anything that helps him achieve his goal is worth considering. The past of trying to complete his father's work made him become curious in the arts of Alchemy and he wants to improve his skills. Though, he is easily haunted by his past and has been known to have panic attacks when he thinks about how he nearly destroyed a town from his recklessness.
Because of his determination he can tune out anything around him while he works. Which means he has been known to ignore people around him. But he is a very caring person when he's away from his studies. Anything he does he puts in his responsibility and lets no one else help him or take the blame.
History(opt): At the age of ten Russell and his little brother were left on their own. Ever since the two of the where born they lived a life of luxury. Because Nash Tringham was a researcher for the State Military they were given a great place to live and had more than enough money to live off of. That was until Nash went into depression then one day quit the military and disappeared.
His wife and his boys had to make a new life. They lived in a shabby apartment building, till their mother died from a disease that the military only looked grim about. The boys were taken into foster care... But a year later at the age of 11 Russell found his father's old notes and that they weren't complete. Quickly he leaves for Xenotime, his father's home town in hopes of finishing the work he left behind. Fletcher begged to come along, so he did.
After the incident at Magwar's mansion Russell decided not to finish his father's work. But the memories of what he did in that mansion still haunt him to this day. However, he found that he wanted to do more than grow lemons on Belsio's farm.
About three years later, Russell and Fletcher meet Edward again in Central after his lack of money nearly got himself executed. The brothers then lead Edward to the underground city which Nash spoke about in his notes. The last thing Russell said to Ed, was to come back alive... And he hasn't seen him since...
Three years have past since then. Russell nearly forced his brother to go back to live with Belsio because Russell didn't know how he was going to be able to support his brother, because in the past he hasn't done so well. During that time he has worked at random jobs from farms, to book stores, to factories. Anything that brought in money to buy shelter, food, and books.
