The smile returned. " Those we have a lot of. they sell really well and you have to make a profit somehow. Most of them seem to disagree with each other though its funny. But We just got a new one. its one of those books that the owner brought back from his trip. It was far more interesting and believable than all the others. oops please don't tell any one. I'm not supposed to read the merchandise." She got a guilty expression on her face and shuffled her feet a bit.

He couldn't help but laugh at that. Figures... Shows how popular he is. "So you are saying you have read most of them?" Russell wasn't going to explain why he was laughing till she asked... Which, with him laughing it wouldn't take long. He knew Xenotime was a small town... and nowhere near as popular as Aquroya before it sank to the bottom of the lake. But it was known for its gold during the good old days... And with it's come back of gold once it should have came to the books somewhere.
The part that she wasn't suppose to read the merchandise went in one ear and out the other. At the present time it had nothing to do with what he was thinking anyway. Besides it was a semi good thing that she did read them.

She nodded enthusiastically. "Yes I've read all of them in the store along with most of the other books. Umm is something funny?" She might have missed something that was just how clueless you she usually was. Her head was to empty for her own good and no matter how many books she read there was nothing. Sometimes she missed things that other people generally would get because of this.

"So I guess the name Tringham didn't pop up anywhere in the books at all... I figured as much... After all I told him how to get to the underground city..." Wow... that was a major tongue slip. Why did he just say that? It didn't matter though... Really did he care? Not really. Being a celebrity really wasn't what he wanted. And what he really wanted he really didn't know. This probably also shows how much he actually did know about Central... He knew things that most of the military didn't know. The higher ups know all about it by now...

She stared at him for three full minuets not moving. Then suddenly she Snapped and the excited fidgeting started again. "I thought that name sounded familiar! duh!" She tapped herself lightly on the head with her fist. "I just read it last night. Xenotime right? I can't believe I didn't think of that before I must be a little out of it today. So your a really talented alchemist aren't you?"

Now that was surprising. His laughing turned to amazed silence... He... he was in a book? "Wait... Say that again?" This had to be some misunderstanding. Sure... he was kind of disappointed to not being in any of the books anywhere... but actually being in a book was even more surprising. Wait... Did that mean the whole country knew that he nearly wiped the town of Xenotime off the map because of the red water?
Panic struck him as memories of the event came back to him. He nearly wiped out the whole town... Just... just...

This reaction startled her. " umm yeah You and your brother are in the book...Are you OK?" did I say something wrong! I don't understand maybe he thinks it says something he doesn't want people to know... "there are a lot of people in that book that aren't in any of the others. still its a small book. It has a map in the front with all the places the Elrics went and in the book it says a little summery about the town and the people that met the Elrics."

Nothing she said sank in at all. Quickly he back shuffled till he nearly had to turn and run to find a wall. It was an ally like place and he stood at the front of it leaning on the wall with one hand. Breathing came fast. Not even most of Xenotime knew what was really going on and what happened to the Magwar mansion. But the whole country knowing....
Though he didn't know it he was really overexagerating this whole thing. Only three living people know exactly what had been going on four years ago and that would be the Elrics, and Belsio. And none of them would tell the bad parts of what happened in Xenotime.

She felt really bad now. " I'm sorry I didn't mean to upset you. I guess I really need to work on keeping my mouth shut." She wasn't quiet sure what to do she didn't want to leave him there like that but she didn't want to make anything worse. "I..." what was she supposed to say she wasn't even sure what was wrong.

Russell turned himself to put his back against the wall and he strunk down till he was sitting. His brain was still flooded but it wasn't as bad as it was a few moments before. Something inside him was trying to calm him down... At least he has some logic left in him. He hid his face behind his hand as he heard Adi talk... What she was saying he didn't know... but she was talking.
It's time to take it to the next level... .... What's the next level... .... Tell me one thing. Did my father ever go through with it?

OK OK OK calm down hes just upset I think I can apologize when he isn't lost inside his own head. But what am I supposed to do until then She wished she could help but she just didn't know how. this is a fine mess I've caused. How can I fix it... well that won't fix it but at least it will work better than saying I'm sorry over and over again. She left quickly and came back as fast as she could glad to find that he was still there. now all she had to do was wait for him to snap out of it.

Calmness... Oh how he wish he had a head ache compaired to this swimming feeling. The head isn't suppose to feel like it is underwater... But it did and only him calming down could fix it. During the time Adi was gone he hardly at all... actually the only thing he did do was breath. He fixed the problem... it was all over... By why does it still haunt him?
"You didn't have to come back..." He said quietly almost in a moaning tone. Why did she come back after all he was as close to being a murderer as one could get... No... stop thinking that... It's not helping anything...

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to upset you." She sighed and pressed the item she had run off to get in to his hand it was a small pastry. "Even if you aren't hungry now it shouldn't get stale for a long time. They're really good. I hope that makes up for it better than me rambling on and on..."

Great... his own problems seem cause people greif... But... she didn't seem to know why he was in full panic. He took the pastry and his stomach gave a lurch. There was no way he was going to be able to eat this. With how his stomach reacted to this, he was worried if he was even going to be able to eat for the rest of the day. "Thanks... but I can't eat this..." She had already implied that she wanted him to have it... but he couldn't accept it.
For him to even get close to mending this current problem he had to ask. "So... what did they say about us?" He implied his brother into it maybe to lessen the pain to his head of it being all his fault... It didn't really work because no matter what he felt like it was all his doing.

so that was it. I wonder what happened to upset him so much. "Not much at all. It says that you met the Elrics in Xenotime. They were searching for the Philosophers stone and you were studying red water. And you should take it even if you don't eat it maybe someone else will besides it didn't cost me anything." She gave him a small sad smile. "so memories can really be painful can't they?...sorry don't answer that, its one of those my brain didn't catch up with my mouth questions."
